Spring Bazaar

The Spring Bazaar is coming soon!  Only a couple more weeks until all fun, shopping and food that is the Bazaar will be here on Saturday, April 5.

We still need more volunteers!  This event can't happen without volunteers, particularly in the KidZone, so please take a look and sign up where you can.

The online auction is OPEN!!  Visit the Twin Auctions website to bid or download their app.  Online bidding will close on Wednesday, April 2 at 8 pm.

Please also consider baking something to donate to the bake sale table - bread, cookies, squares, loaves, whatever strikes your fancy.  These items can be dropped off at the school on Friday, April 4 during school hours.

We're excited about this event and look forward to a day of fun and fellowship together.  Watch your email for details or check back here for updates.

Auction

This year's auction will be a hybrid event, both online and live!  The online portion of the auction is being hosted by Twin Auctions and will close on Wednesday, April 2 at 8 pm.  The live auction will take place during the bazaar at 1:30.

All items sold during the online auction will be available for pickup during the Bazaar on Saturday, April 5 between 11-3.

Volunteer Sign-Up

The Spring Bazaar cannot happen without your help!  Please sign up for a shift - there are lots of different options, including serving food, helping at a sales table, set up and clean up.

Sign up with a friend and serve together, or sign up on your own and meet new friends - thank you for making this event happen.

Kidzone Leaders Needed!

For anyone who has attended the bazaar/fall fundraiser in the past, a key part of the experience is the Kidzone.  The small gym, filled with carnival games and prizes and so many fun things!

For the last number of years, Jeff & Melinda Notenbomer has taken leadership of this and we're so grateful.  However, they are ready to hand over this project to the next generation of ICS parents, so we are looking for someone to step up and take this on for the 2026 event.  This could be a couple, or perhaps two or three couples, maybe a family - be creative!

If this is something that interests you, please call Monica at the Society office at (403) 327-4223.  We'll connect you with the Notenbomers and you can have the opportunity to work alongside them this year and see how it's done.
