Alumni Athletics

Congratulations to the ICSS Alumni Eagles who came in 3rd in this annual volleyball tournament!  This tournament, now in its third year, was set up to provide an opportunity for passionate (or perhaps stubborn!) alumni who still enjoy their volleyball, to get together and raise money for their previous high schools athletics programs.  This team of Eagles won $500 for the ICSS Athletics program - well done, guys!

Thanks so much to everyone who came out for the 2024 Alumni Eagles Volleyball Tournament!  It was a great night of volleyball, concession and reconnecting with old friends.  Be sure to take a look at the pics in the gallery below.

Immanuel Christian Secondary School Alumni Eagles do it again!  This team of ICSS alumni volleyball players won the FPW Alumni Invitational Tournament in Fort Macleod on February 24th.  For the second year, these grads have earned $1,000 toward the athletic program at ICSS.  Congratulations team, and a special shout out to Mike Hummel for winning tournament MVP!

Thanks to everyone who came out for our annual Alumni Basketball Tournament on December 27th!  It was a great day of basketball and a lot of fun to see so many familiar faces back in the gym, both on the court and in the stands, as well as raising $1300 towards Eagles Athletics at ICS.

The winning team for the men was Team 3 (2007-2014), including (L-R) Doug Veldman, Dave Van Rootselaar, Dylan Procee, Brandon Bandstra, Eric Procee, Zach Prosper, Joel Groenenboom & Aaron Groenenboom.  The alumni women played the current Eagles twice, with the alumni coming out on top in points scored.
