Croil appointed vice-principal at Immanuel Christian Elementary School
Lethbridge School Division is pleased to announce Ainsley Croil has been appointed vice-principal at Immanuel Christian Elementary School.
Croil’s leadership style is characterized by collaboration and the development of relationships. She has a strong background in literacy and a deep understanding of elementary pedagogy. She has experience as a Learning Support Teacher and a strong belief in building capacity for inclusive practices that support all students.
A master teacher, she has demonstrated her expertise across a breadth of elementary assignments including multi-age classrooms. A consummate professional, Croil believes in ongoing growth and embraces inquiry. She is an active school community member who is highly visible, going above and beyond to serve others.
Croil’s faith and desire to serve others has always been central to her passion for education. She has always known that she would love the opportunity to be part of a school where faith plays a central role in student development.
“It is truly an honour to be joining the leadership team at Immanuel Christian Elementary School,” said Croil. “I look forward to supporting the school community as we strive to provide high-quality academic education through a Christian worldview. I am humbled to continue my leadership journey in this new role and am so excited to build strong and lasting relationships with staff, students and families at ICES.”
Ainsley is currently the vice-principal at Coalbanks Elementary School. She has assumed other leadership roles throughout her career including role of Learning Coach, Collaborative Community Leader and Mentorship committee member.
Croil completed her Bachelor of Education as an Elementary Major at the University of Alberta. She earned her Master of Arts in Education in Leadership and Management through her studies with Oxford Brookes University.
